Franchise Manager – Novalac Brand (Baghdad)

About the role

MENA Nutrition FZCO is seeking a full‑time Franchise Manager to lead the Novalac brand across all Iraq‑assigned territories. Based in Baghdad, you will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring franchise strategies that drive sales growth and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement franchise plans, sales forecasts and P&L targets for the Novalac portfolio.
• Manage relationships with distributors, key retail chains and healthcare partners to ensure brand visibility and compliance.
• Analyse market data, competitor activity and regulatory changes to optimise pricing, product positioning and promotional programmes.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply‑chain and medical teams to align local execution with regional strategies.
• Monitor brand performance, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong commercial and franchise management experience, preferably in FMCG, nutrition, pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Nutrition or related field; postgraduate degree is advantageous.
• Prior experience in the MENA region and knowledge of infant‑nutrition regulations is preferred.
