English to Arabic Translator for AI Training

About the role

We are seeking a fluent English‑to‑Arabic translator to join our remote team and help train AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both languages, assess their logical flow, and create new conversational content to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by conducting bilingual conversations and scoring correctness.
• Identify and solve issues that affect the quality of AI responses.
• Produce novel dialogue scripts that teach bots appropriate language usage.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must be located in Iraq and able to work independently as a contractor.
