English Teacher for AI Chatbot Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an English Teacher to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will engage in bilingual conversations, create novel dialogue scripts, and assess model performance to improve language quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct conversations with AI chatbots in English and Arabic to gauge progress.
• Write and edit novel conversation scenarios for chatbot training.
• Assign writing and editing tasks to chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Measure model logic, correctness, and overall performance, providing feedback for improvement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Expert level of linguistics or related experience.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
