E-commerce & Digital Content Assistant

About the role

Pinkesh Beauty is looking for a smart, creative and computer-savvy female employee to join its team in Sulaymaniyah. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, AI tools and image-editing software, and is willing to learn and take responsibility for daily e-commerce operations. This is an on-site, office-based position.

Key responsibilities

• Add new products to the website, including images, descriptions, prices and other details.
• Edit and prepare product images using Canva and other photo-editing tools.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, help with content creation and prepare product descriptions and images.
• Organize website products, categories and product information.
• Respond to customer messages via WhatsApp, Instagram and other online channels.
• Assist with daily online store operations and digital content tasks.

Required profile

• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Good attention to detail and an eye for attractive product images.
• Good communication skills in Kurdish and Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Responsible, organized, creative and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, website management or digital content creation is an advantage.

Required skills

• Canva and image editing
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT is a strong advantage
