Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team in Erbil. You will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage Meta Ads, create engaging content, and build a brand presence that captures attention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (lead generation, awareness, retargeting).
• Create and oversee engaging social media content designed to maximize reach and virality.
• Develop content ideas with a strong creative eye, including visuals, hooks, formats, and storytelling.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media presence.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with property launches.
• Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance.
• Identify growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven ability to create viral or high‑engagement content.
• Strong creative instinct and understanding of what stops a scroll.
• Deep knowledge of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and lead generation.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data‑driven decision making.
• Iraqi Arabic fluency required; Kurdish is a strong plus.
