About the role

NURA Medical Center in Erbil is looking for a Dentist to diagnose, treat and prevent oral diseases and dental conditions. The Dentist provides safe, effective, patient-centered care, maintains high clinical standards, promotes preventive oral health, ensures guest comfort and satisfaction, and complies with clinical, ethical, infection control and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preventive dental care, including oral examinations.
• Educate guests on proper oral hygiene, preventive care and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate, complete and confidential guest records in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Follow infection prevention and control protocols, sterilization procedures and occupational health and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain dental equipment and make sure instruments are properly sterilized and working correctly.
• Provide compassionate, guest-centered care in a clean, safe and organized clinical environment.
• Stay up to date with advances in dental techniques, technologies and best practices through continuous education and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position.
• International travel required.
• Kurdish and English are mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
