CTS Operations Supervisor – Iraq (Compressor Technique)

About the role

The CTS Operations Supervisor will lead the strategic planning and execution of Atlas Copco's CTS activities in Iraq. Reporting to the Iraq Country Manager and indirectly to the CTS Regional Business Line Manager, you will work closely with distributor teams to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans to exceed service operational goals in line with the Atlas Copco way.
• Coordinate daily activities of the CTS service team with distributors, recommending actions for short‑ and long‑term performance improvement.
• Facilitate toolbox meetings, drive safety initiatives and raise competence levels across the service team.
• Prepare weekly service planning reports and monitor key operational KPIs such as overtime ratio, utilization and FSE efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with the Iraq Country Manager, regional CTS teams and distributor management.
• Identify and develop support processes to resolve customer service issues and enhance satisfaction.
• Provide monthly KPI summaries and oversee workload planning for service technicians.
• Conduct joint routine visits with distributor service teams to address issues and recommend solutions.
• Identify competence gaps and coordinate development plans for field service engineers.
