About the role

MySolution Agency is looking for a Creative Social Media Specialist to join its Erbil office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on designing and executing engaging social media strategies that support the agency’s broader marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X) and emerging platforms.
• Create compelling visual and written content tailored to each digital channel.
• Monitor, analyze and report on social media performance metrics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas.
• Manage and nurture online communities to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment with overall campaign goals.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation.
• Strong foundation in digital marketing and general marketing practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience analyzing social media data and optimizing campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (desirable).
