Communications Specialist (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or aspiring communications professionals who enjoy storytelling, writing, and building meaningful audience connections.

Key responsibilities

• Write copy for social media, websites, email newsletters, blogs, marketing materials, and corporate communications.
• Assist in developing monthly content calendars and campaign messaging.
• Research industry trends and contribute fresh content ideas.
• Create video concepts, hooks, storyboards, and scripts in collaboration with the videographer, photographer, and editor.
• Support preparation of press releases and company announcements.
• Research media contacts and help with outreach opportunities.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences professionally.
• Ensure consistency of the brand voice across all communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates, interns, and freelance writers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, proofreading, and organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
