City Responsible – Dealership Operations Manager

About the role

The City Responsible will lead all functions of the Lexus dealership in Baghdad, ensuring sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in line with Toyota standards. This senior position reports directly to corporate leadership and is accountable for the overall performance of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop sales, service, parts and finance teams to meet performance targets.
• Design and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to adapt tactics.
• Ensure compliance with Toyota’s operational and customer‑service guidelines.
• Streamline processes to improve productivity across all departments.
• Build strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, complaints and feedback promptly.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the finance department to meet regulatory and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in branch operations, sales, customer service and team leadership.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Native Kurdish; Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
• Valid driving licence.
