About the role
We are looking for a passionate Chef Tournant to join our culinary team. In this rotating chef position you will oversee multiple kitchen stations, ensure high‑quality output, and support the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, train, supervise and coordinate all areas of the culinary department, including special projects from the Executive Chef.
- Maintain consistency, taste, presentation and proper temperature for all dishes served.
- Ensure food displays meet SOP standards for quality and cleanliness while encouraging creativity.
- Monitor and control hotel food costs, safeguarding profit margins.
- Implement HACCP standards and adhere to municipal hygiene regulations at all times.
- Provide on‑the‑job training for culinary staff and promote health and safety practices.
Required profile
- Professional kitchen apprenticeship or formal chef training.
- Minimum two years of experience in reputable establishments.
- Excellent culinary techniques and a proven track record in food preparation, presentation and preservation.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to work in a multicultural, high‑pressure environment.
