Bilingual Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Marketing Specialist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work remotely, interacting with bots in both Arabic and English to assess their performance and improve their conversational quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by conducting conversations in Arabic and English.
• Create novel dialogue scenarios to teach bots appropriate responses.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and brand voice.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar and style.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
