About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Content Editor to help train AI chatbots by evaluating and improving their conversational output in both Arabic and English. The role is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work on projects that match your interests.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in written conversations with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to assess their progress.
• Create novel dialogue scripts that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Review and edit chatbot-generated content for grammatical accuracy, logical consistency, and brand voice.
• Provide feedback and performance metrics to guide model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Arabic with an expert level of linguistic knowledge.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
