B2B Sales Supervisor

About the role

The B2B Sales Supervisor will lead the sales team in expanding Al Safi Group's presence in the electrical and lighting projects sector for private‑business clients. This role combines strategic planning, market analysis, and hands‑on client engagement to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies targeting electrical and lighting projects.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed defined KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new project opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to senior management.
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, contractors, engineering firms, architects, and consultants.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
• Oversee the preparation of project proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Track project progress, delivery schedules, and payment coordination.
• Analyze sales performance and market feedback, providing improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior B2B sales role, preferably project‑based.
• Strong leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and industry stakeholders.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
