About the role

E2NEXT is seeking a polished B2B Public Relations & Customer Service Specialist to act as the face of the company in high‑level corporate environments. This field‑based position focuses on executive outreach, brand advocacy, and building strategic partnerships with CEOs and senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site visits and networking with CEOs, directors, and institutional decision‑makers.
• Present E2NEXT’s software ecosystem, digital transformation solutions, and tailored tech services to premium clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term executive accounts, ensuring flawless customer service.
• Represent E2NEXT at corporate events, meetings, and high‑profile business gatherings.
• Serve as a liaison between enterprise clients and internal technical teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B corporate sales, high‑end public relations, medical representation, or executive customer service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic (business‑level) and English.
• Professional corporate appearance with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel daily for outside corporate visits and presentations.
• Good understanding of modern tech trends and digital platforms is a plus.
