About the role
A Technician at SAS- Toyota Dealer in Erbil maintains and repairs vehicles so they run safely and efficiently. The day-shift role covers diagnosing automotive problems, performing repairs and carrying out routine maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repair work accurately and on time, following manufacturer manuals, checklists and standard operating procedures
- Report unsafe conditions to the supervisor in writing and ask for help if a task is likely to take longer than planned
- Keep tools and equipment in good order and tidy the workshop
- Complete service and installation records, forms and logs
- Diagnose faults manually or with computerized diagnostic tools
- Explain work done and the vehicle's condition to customers and ensure cars are returned clean and orderly
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Required profile
- Vocational certificate (second grade)
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field
