Assistant City Responsible – Dealership Operations

About the role

The Assistant City Responsible supports the City Responsible in overseeing all dealership functions at the SAS‑Toyota Dealer in Erbil. This role ensures smooth operations across sales, service and administration while driving sales performance and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the City Responsible in leading and guiding sales, service and administrative teams.
• Support training and development initiatives to build a motivated workforce.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute effective sales strategies and monitor performance metrics.
• Oversee daily dealership operations, including inventory management, vehicle ordering and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Help prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports and key performance indicators.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints and escalations promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Organise customer events, promotions and marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in branch operations, retail, sales or administrative management, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and analytical skills.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work effectively.
