Art Director

About the role

The Art Director leads RTB’s Creative Team, shaping the visual direction, creative quality, and execution standards for the bank’s marketing and communications. This role translates campaign strategies, creative concepts, and communication objectives into distinctive visual systems that appear across design, motion, video, photography, digital, advertising, branch, event and other brand touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Creative Team (graphic designers, motion designers, video editors, photographers, etc.), assigning work, managing workloads and ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop visual direction and art direction for major campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives and institutional communications.
• Translate creative strategies into key visuals, design systems, visual identities, storyboards and campaign executions.
• Review and approve all visual output before final functional approval or publication.
• Maintain and continuously elevate RTB’s visual identity across digital, social, advertising, print, outdoor, branch, events, video and photography.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist, Content, Performance Marketing, Product Success, Research & CX, Growth and other marketing functions.
• Direct photography and video production, including visual treatment, composition, styling, locations and casting.
• Guide typography, layout, illustration, animation, motion, editing and photography disciplines.
• Establish efficient creative workflows, templates, production standards and quality‑control practices.
• Supervise external production houses, photographers, directors, illustrators, agencies and freelancers.
• Coach and develop team members, identify capability gaps and support continuous improvement.

• Proven leadership experience in a multidisciplinary creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to translate strategy into compelling visual solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of contemporary design, advertising, digital and cultural trends.
