About the role
The Aftermarket Spare Parts Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for automotive spare parts in Baghdad, driving market penetration and revenue growth. This role combines strategic planning, customer relationship management, and market analysis to ensure the company meets its sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized sales plans to achieve deep market penetration and expand market share, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, retail networks, and workshops, while overseeing the sales‑to‑collection cycle to ensure timely payments.
- Conduct continuous market research on automotive trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to identify unmet needs and new opportunities across customer segments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record in automotive spare parts sales with a strong understanding of product applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and detail‑orientation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of market trends and client needs in the automotive spare parts sector is an advantage.
Required skills
- Microsoft Dynamics AX (or other relevant ERP systems).
