Administration & Logistics Officer

About the role

Baly is seeking an organized and proactive Administration & Logistics Officer to coordinate daily administrative and logistics activities, manage company assets and inventory, and support procurement and operational needs across multiple departments in Iraq.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track company assets, including electronic devices, equipment, furniture, and other inventory.
• Coordinate allocation, distribution, return, and recovery of company‑owned devices, including VMS equipment.
• Administer employee SIM cards – activation, deactivation, bundle adjustments, and liaison with telecom providers.
• Arrange courier and logistics services to transport equipment, furniture, and supplies throughout Iraq.
• Organise warehouse operations: receiving, storage, distribution, stock movements and inventory reconciliation.
• Support internal departments with timely administrative, asset and logistics requests.
• Assist the Senior Procurement team with supplier coordination, quotation collection, purchase orders and delivery follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of assets, inventory movements, SIM cards and logistics activities, and prepare periodic reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, logistics, inventory control or asset management.
• Practical knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory tracking and logistics coordination.
• Experience working with suppliers, telecom providers and courier companies is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
