About the role
The Accounting and ERP Specialist will join our dynamic ERP implementation team in Baghdad. You will combine accounting expertise with hands‑on ERP deployment to help clients streamline their financial processes. This full‑time position requires close collaboration with customers to ensure a smooth transition to new ERP systems.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze client accounting requirements and map them to ERP functionalities.
- Lead the configuration, testing and rollout of ERP modules related to finance and accounting.
- Perform financial audits and ensure data integrity during migration.
- Provide training and post‑implementation support to end‑users.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve integration issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience in accounting and auditing.
- Demonstrated track record of ERP system implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
