Accommodations Coordinator

About the role

Sardar Group is looking for an Accommodations Coordinator to manage accommodation records, assets and guest preparation, and to oversee housekeeping, cleanliness, maintenance, utilities and service bills. The role also covers supervising cleaning staff, responding to resident emergencies and welcoming new staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all accommodation units and an inventory of assets, furniture and items in each unit.
• Track occupancy of all units and supervise the cleaning staff so that units are cleaned regularly.
• Ensure cleaning staff vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, clean stairwells, windows, lobbies, entrances and laundry rooms, and remove trash and empty recycling bins.
• Respond to emergency calls from residents and urgent requests outside office hours, and keep the line manager informed promptly.
• Ensure occupants comply with company rules and regulations.
• Check equipment, cooling and heating systems, fire extinguishers, water and electricity bills and municipal requirements, and report observations to the line manager.
• Greet new staff, give a short tour of their unit, carry out room inspections and report any damage.
• Track maintenance issues, place maintenance requests, follow up on maintenance tickets and keep records.
• Evaluate accommodation assets and recommend improvements where needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
