Youth & Customer Management Analyst

About the role

Zain Iraq is seeking a Youth & Customer Management Analyst to support the execution of youth‑segment strategies across regional markets. The analyst will help monitor performance, drive subscriber engagement, and contribute to revenue growth while ensuring products and communications meet the preferences of young customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing revenue strategies and marketing plans for the youth segment by analysing competitor offerings and customer insights.
• Represent youth needs to ensure products, services, communications and touchpoints align with segment preferences across governorates.
• Collaborate with regional teams to execute tailored marketing campaigns, promotions and youth initiatives.
• Track internal KPIs such as regional revenue, subscriber counts and traffic, and produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Support financial reporting, revenue tracking and forecasting for the segment.
• Contribute to the development, launch and re‑introduction of youth‑oriented products and digital campaigns, preparing business cases and working with technology teams.
• Work with marketing to refine product positioning, drive targeted campaigns and evaluate VAS partners.
• Identify innovative technologies to maintain market competitiveness and create user manuals and training materials for sales and customer care.
• Partner with pricing, finance, brand, product development, regional and call‑center teams to support day‑to‑day campaign execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Development or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 1–2 years in a commercial, marketing or segment‑focused role.
• Strong analytical thinking, achievement‑driven mindset and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
