Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Trade Marketing Specialist will plan and execute in‑market activities that boost product visibility and strengthen brand presence across retail channels. Acting as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, the role translates marketing plans into measurable results at dealers and showrooms.

Key responsibilities

• Visit dealers and showrooms regularly to ensure correct product placement and display standards.
• Install, monitor, and remove POS materials such as banners, roll‑ups, window branding, shelf talkers, price cards and demo areas.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently and implement promotional campaigns in stores.
• Coordinate with the sales team on dealer priorities, support key dealers with marketing materials, and train dealer staff on product features and promotions.
• Collect dealer feedback, monitor competitor activities, and report market insights to marketing management.
• Prepare market visit reports with photos, track POS material distribution, and report execution gaps.
• Supervise installers, printers and branding suppliers to ensure quality of installations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG or electronics trade marketing.
• Knowledge of store execution, POS planning and budget tracking.
