About the role

International School Baghdad is expanding and seeking passionate, qualified educators to join its growing international community for the upcoming academic year. A variety of teaching and leadership positions are open across middle, elementary and early‑learning levels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum-aligned instruction in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, French and SAT/AP courses.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum and learning resources.
• Support students with learning differences as a Learning Support Teacher.
• Coordinate departmental activities as English or Curriculum Coordinator.
• Lead school divisions as Head of School or Vice Principal.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred for senior roles).
• Valid teaching certification or license.
• International school experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the American curriculum.
• Strong English communication skills.
