Site Civil Engineer

About the role

The Site Civil Engineer will lead on‑site construction activities for residential projects, ensuring that all work aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This position acts as the primary liaison between the main contractor and subcontractors, driving daily progress on both vertical and horizontal residential units.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily on‑site construction operations for residential units.
• Coordinate schedules and workflow with subcontractors, suppliers, and project personnel.
• Monitor and inspect material quality and workmanship to ensure compliance with project plans.
• Enforce safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements on the construction site.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction, proposing effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site logs.

Required profile

• 5 to 7 years of practical experience in construction, preferably within a construction company.
• Proven experience managing vertical and horizontal residential construction projects.
• Ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
