About the role

Al-Kahraman Jewellery Trading Co. is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join its luxury retail team in Iraq. The successful candidate will embody the brand’s elegance, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance in a high‑end jewellery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service that aligns with luxury brand standards.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with high‑value clients.
• Accurately manage sales transactions, invoicing, and cash handling.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and support promotional initiatives.
• Maintain impeccable personal grooming and showroom presentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic; English is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
