Senior IT Project Coordinator

About the role

Rowad Al-Helool is looking for a highly organized Senior IT Project Coordinator to lead end‑to‑end IT projects in Baghdad. You will bridge technical execution and project administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while providing hands‑on technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, allocate resources, manage risks and track progress of daily IT project activities.
• Prepare professional project reports and tailored progress updates for government entities and stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings, draft clear Minutes of Meetings and follow up on correspondence across internal departments and field teams.
• Provide hands‑on technical support, troubleshoot emerging IT issues and assist with local network administration.
• Act as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between technical teams, management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar technical coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of advanced networking principles, content management systems, software development lifecycles and core IT infrastructure.
• Proven ability to work with IT ticketing systems and manage multiple tasks in a team‑oriented environment.
