Senior Graphic Designer – Erbil

About the role

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Mustawfy Group, you will be the visual architect of the company’s corporate identity, working from the Erbil headquarters. You will translate the group’s market leadership and growth into compelling visual narratives across a diversified portfolio of retail, logistics and manufacturing brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the concept, design and production of digital and print assets for multiple business units.
• Maintain and enforce Mustawfy Group’s Unified Design System to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to enhance packaging and branding for private‑label brands such as KOCH and Hisan.
• Create high‑impact corporate presentations, investor reports and marketing collateral.
• Manage several high‑stakes projects simultaneously while mentoring junior designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional design experience in a corporate, enterprise or top‑tier agency setting.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
