About the role
We are looking for a full-time Salesperson to join our Erbil office. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets while working closely with our logistics team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the logistics and transport sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Address client requirements promptly and provide exceptional service.
Required profile
- Strong sales, negotiation and client relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply-chain management and international shipping processes.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Organizational, time-management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish (additional languages a plus).
- 1-2 years experience in logistics, transport or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing or related discipline preferred.
