Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Baghdad. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long‑term client relationships for DAMA Productions, a company offering advertising and media production services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the advertising and media sector.
• Present DAMA’s services to prospective clients and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms with clients.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecast performance, and provide market feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to tailor offerings and ensure smooth handoff to production.
• Follow up with existing customers to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience, preferably in advertising, media, or production services.
• Experience in training clients and sharing knowledge internally.
• Negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
