Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will join our Erbil office to drive the sale of IT hardware, software and solutions to both individual and B2B customers. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring customers receive the right technology to support their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through market research, networking and inbound leads.
• Conduct client meetings, present product portfolios and prepare tailored quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on opportunities, negotiate terms and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads and deals in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure timely implementation and after‑sales support.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product updates, market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a proven track record in sales.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and working towards defined targets.
• Ability to work on‑site in Erbil and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail in documentation.
• Preferably background in B2B sales or distribution and familiarity with CRM or sales tools.
