Sales Specialist (Erbil)

About the role

The Sales Specialist will join Odak Kodlama Sistemleri A.Ş. in Erbil to drive the full sales cycle for KGK and Videojet coding devices and related services. Working on‑site, you will act as the primary contact for industrial customers, understanding their production needs and proposing reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers, qualify leads and conduct product presentations.
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, installation and post‑sales support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system and generate regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing.
• Ability to work on‑site in Erbil, travel to customer locations and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic reporting and data analysis capabilities.
