Sales Representative – Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

Autotech Automotive & Spare Parts seeks a motivated Sales Representative to expand its automotive spare‑parts business in Erbil. The role involves developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving defined sales targets while representing the company’s high‑quality product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and acquire new clients across workshops, retailers, wholesalers and fleet operators.
• Promote and sell a wide range of automotive spare parts, preparing quotations and negotiating prices within approved limits.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct regular customer visits following a structured sales route.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs, providing timely feedback to management.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and on‑time delivery.
• Collect customer payments according to company credit policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and sales reports in the company’s CRM/ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive spare‑parts.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and spare‑parts market.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems for sales management.
