Sales Officer – Construction & Design Solutions

About the role

As a full‑time Sales Officer based in Erbil, you will drive sales growth for Varmora Iraq’s ceramic tiles and bathware portfolio across the construction, architectural and interior design sectors. You will expand the customer base, generate new business opportunities and ensure high‑level service for existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and design markets.
• Generate leads and build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers and retail partners.
• Provide technical guidance on ceramic tiles and bathware solutions, interpreting specifications and architectural drawings.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s market leadership.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Fluency in English and Kurdish and/or Arabic.
