Sales Manager - Premium Retail & Monobrand

About the role

The Sales Manager – Premium Retail & Monobrand will lead sales performance, channel growth, and business development for premium reseller and monobrand technology stores in Iraq. You will partner closely with retail outlets, store managers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for premium retail and monobrand stores.
• Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners.
• Monitor and improve store performance, profitability, and brand compliance.
• Coordinate retail initiatives with marketing and internal teams.
• Analyze sales data, store KPIs, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in retail sales management, channel sales, or key account management within technology or consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of premium reseller and monobrand retail operations.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and store‑level profitability.
• Experience managing retail partner networks and brand retail operations.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and market trends.
• Familiarity with premium technology products and the Iraq consumer electronics market is a plus.
