Sales Manager, Industrial Pumps

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales of a premium European industrial pump portfolio across Iraq. The role carries full revenue responsibility for key sectors such as oil & gas, water treatment, pharmaceuticals and industrial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets through both project and distribution channels.
• Manage and grow key accounts including EPC contractors, consultants, plant operators and government procurement bodies.
• Drive product specification with engineering consultants at the design stage.
• Prepare pricing, quotations and control margins in line with commercial policy.
• Report monthly on pipeline status, wins/losses and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial pump sales.
• Proven track record in Iraq’s oil & gas or industrial sector; existing EPC and consultant relationships are a plus.
• Technical competence in pump selection and sizing; an engineering degree is preferred.
• Experience with a major pump OEM or distributor is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; based in Baghdad or willing to relocate.
