Sales Head – Technology Business

About the role

The Sales Head – Technology Business will drive the sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion for premium technology products across Iraq. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on building a high‑performing sales organisation that aligns with the group’s overall market objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for premium technology and connected‑device products.
• Lead sales planning, channel partner engagement, retail network development, and enterprise account acquisition.
• Manage a sales team to maximise market share, profitability and business growth nationwide.
• Align sales initiatives with the group’s business objectives and broader market strategy.
• Forecast revenue, analyse market trends, and adjust tactics to meet targets.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in sales leadership, business development or channel sales within the technology or consumer‑electronics sector.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.
• Strong understanding of sales management, distribution models and channel ecosystems.
• Experience handling premium technology brands or connected‑device ecosystems.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Deep knowledge of Iraq market dynamics and customer landscape.

Required skills
