Sales Consultant – Automotive

About the role

The Sales Consultant is responsible for following up, completing and closing sales deals while welcoming customers into the showroom. You will represent the SAS‑Lexus brand, handle customer inquiries, and build strong relationships to increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments, recommend suitable Lexus vehicles, and demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of features, options and accessories.
• Arrange and lead test drives to highlight performance, safety and driving experience.
• Provide transparent pricing, financing options, incentives and promotions, and negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Coordinate with finance, leasing and insurance teams to ensure smooth transactions and follow up after sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities, sharing insights with the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of direct sales experience; automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Kurdish, very good English and good Arabic.
• Presentable appearance with very good communication skills.
