Sales Consultant – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our SAS‑Lexus dealership in Sulaimaniyah. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the entire buying journey and representing the Lexus brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable Lexus models based on preferences, requirements and budget.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of Lexus vehicles, features, options and accessories, and lead test drives.
• Present transparent pricing, financing options, incentives and promotions, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
• Coordinate with the finance department to arrange financing, leasing and insurance, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Follow up after sale to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activities, sharing insights with the sales team.
• Collaborate with service and parts departments to support customers throughout vehicle ownership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of direct sales experience; automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Kurdish, very good English, and good Arabic.
• Presentable appearance and excellent communication skills.
