Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

Banzab Co. is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across its portfolio. This hands‑on leadership position will own the sales pipeline, identify new market opportunities, and build a high‑performing commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales and business development initiatives for all Banzab Co. brands and locations.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new commercial partnerships and opportunities.
• Develop and manage sales targets, reporting mechanisms, and follow‑up processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and accounts.
• Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, finance, and senior management to align commercial objectives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor future sales team members as the function expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, key‑account or commercial management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Proactive, commercially minded, organized and comfortable working in the field.
• Ability to design systems and lead a growing team.
• Preferred language proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic and English.
• Experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, FMCG or franchising is an advantage.
