Retail Sales Officer

About the role

The Retail Sales Officer will drive insurance sales through direct interaction with walk‑in customers, referrals and leads generated via campaigns or social media. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients from needs analysis to policy issuance and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Approach walk‑in clients, referrals and campaign/social‑media leads.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Prepare quotations, explain coverage, terms and close sales professionally.
• Perform occasional field visits to clients or referral sources.
• Build long‑term relationships and support policy issuance and renewals.
• Record leads, opportunities and closed deals in the CRM system.
• Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the Branch Sales Supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of retail or direct sales experience, preferably in insurance, banking, telecom or services.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM or sales‑tracking tools is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driving licence are preferred.
