Remote Sales Executive (Kurdish‑speaking)

About the role

WeCopy Fintech is seeking a Kurdish‑speaking Sales Executive to drive client acquisition for its funded trading programs across Iraq and Kurdish‑speaking communities. This fully remote role focuses on identifying prospects, delivering sales presentations, and converting leads into active customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through various sales channels.
• Promote the company’s funded trader programs.
• Conduct sales calls, online meetings, and product presentations.
• Convert qualified leads into active clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to maximize conversions.
• Stay updated on market trends, trading products, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Kurdish and English.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience in prop trading, Forex, CFD, crypto, or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with financial markets and online trading is preferred.
