About the role

We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Agent to assist players of our gaming platform. The role involves handling inquiries via live chat, email and other communication channels, ensuring quick resolutions and high levels of player satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to player inquiries through live chat, email and other platforms.
• Manage player expectations by providing timely updates and resolutions.
• Take ownership of incoming chats to ensure no messages are left unanswered.
• Maintain accurate records of player issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments for administrative tasks and translations.
• Complete tasks essential to the company’s interests within set deadlines.

Required profile

• Build a network of satisfied players through excellent support.
• Exercise good judgment and uphold company standards.
• Maintain effective communication and strong organizational skills.
• Balance multiple priorities while working independently under pressure.
• Excellent written communication in English and Kurdish.
