Property Management Specialist

About the role

The Property Management Specialist will lead Nabd Al Khaleej Properties' real estate sales operations, driving revenue growth and overseeing a high‑performing sales team. This role combines strategic planning, broker relationship management, and performance monitoring to ensure the company meets its sales targets across residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve company sales objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial property projects.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and team productivity.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with brokers, agencies, and strategic sales partners.
• Ensure effective lead management and CRM discipline across the sales department.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and recommendations for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Experience managing sales teams and broker networks.
• Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales cycle.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting.
