Presales Consultant – Apple Solutions

About the role

The Presales Consultant will provide technical expertise and design solutions to help the sales team, partners, and customers adopt Apple Enterprise technologies. You will ensure seamless integration of Apple devices and services within mixed IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a techno‑commercial subject matter expert for Apple solutions, supporting sales on proposals and pitches for business customers.
• Assist in technical account planning and accompany the sales team on customer visits.
• Design and deliver solution proposals, demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and RFP responses together with channel partners.
• Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical workshops, and product trainings to build Apple competency across the channel.
• Showcase Apple Business, Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and enterprise app integrations.
• Support enterprise IT teams with security, compliance, and integration of Apple devices into Windows/Active Directory environments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Apple regional teams, ecosystem partners, and key enterprise accounts.
• Provide post‑sales technical support during solution implementation and customer adoption.
• Stay updated with Apple’s enterprise solutions, MDM platforms, and security frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of overall IT experience, including at least 2 years in pre‑sales, technical consulting, or enterprise IT.
• Hands‑on experience with Apple’s enterprise ecosystem and MDM platforms such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
• Proven ability to integrate macOS/iOS devices in mixed IT environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
