About the role

The Organized Retail & Online Lead will drive sales growth, market expansion, and business development for premium technology products across organized retail and online channels in Iraq. You will partner with key retail chains, e‑commerce platforms, and internal teams to boost product visibility, availability, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for organized retail and online marketplaces.
• Manage relationships with major retail accounts, e‑commerce partners, and online platforms.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and channel development initiatives with marketing and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure strong product visibility, merchandising, and activation activities across all channels.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in organized retail, e‑commerce, or channel management within the technology or consumer electronics sector.
• Deep understanding of modern retail operations, online marketplace management, and sales strategies.
• Track record of managing key retail accounts and driving market expansion.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
• Effective communication, presentation, and business planning capabilities.
• Familiarity with premium technology brands and consumer buying trends is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
