Operations Director - Business Efficiency & AI

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Director to drive business efficiency and AI integration across a diversified holding with multiple companies and sectors. This senior leadership role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to make the organisation faster, leaner and more profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and improve operations across all entities, standardising core processes for speed and quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks and inefficiencies, and lead corrective initiatives.
• Design and lead cost‑reduction and productivity‑boosting programs with clear ROI.
• Integrate AI and emerging technologies into daily workflows, replacing low‑value manual tasks.
• Partner with senior leaders to align operations with overall strategy and communicate results to the executive team.
• Mentor and develop cross‑functional teams across the group.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years in senior management or operations leadership.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑entity operations.
• Track record of delivering measurable efficiency gains.
• Startup‑savvy with strong hands‑on understanding of AI and technology applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
