Medical Sales Representative

About the role

This part‑time, hybrid position is based in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The Medical Sales Representative will promote the company’s medical and scientific products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and healthcare professionals, combining on‑site visits with occasional work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare facilities to present product features, clinical benefits and answer product‑related questions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve defined sales targets and monitor competitor activities.
• Plan daily field visits, prepare activity and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, orders and product training.
• Stay updated on medical and product knowledge to ensure accurate and ethical promotion.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist.
• Minimum 6 months experience in medical sales.
• Previous experience in dermatology, aesthetics or cosmetics market.
• Strong sales abilities: territory management, lead follow‑up and closing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of pharmacy, medicine, product indications and clinical value.
• Ability to work independently, manage daily visits and meet targets.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and results‑oriented mindset.
• Good command of the local language; basic English is an advantage.
