Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor to drive day‑to‑day content execution, manage promotions and ensure quality across all digital channels. The role combines hands‑on campaign management with leadership of a small creative/ads team and regular client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars; brief, review and publish posts on multiple platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid and organic campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google (including YouTube) and LinkedIn.
• Conduct final quality checks on copy, design and video assets before publishing.
• Lead weekly or bi‑weekly client meetings, capture requirements, set goals and produce meeting minutes and action plans.
• Assign tasks, coach specialists in copy, design, social and ads, and monitor daily execution against deadlines.
• Generate weekly dashboards and monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, CTR, CPL/CPA and ROAS, with actionable recommendations.
• Manage approvals, asset libraries and scheduled posting using standard workflow tools; ensure compliance with brand policies.
• Monitor ad spend, allocate budgets across channels and flag any variances early.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or day‑to‑day lead role.
• Strong command of Arabic (native/advanced) and English (good) for written communication.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and client‑facing communication.
